WHO AM I?
Nick Martin (Founder), MSC in Education for Sustainability
I work alongside organisations at different stages of their
sustainability journey. They have the intention, sometimes they just need clarity on the route. That’s what we build together.
I believe the real power sits within your people. When you unlock their passion and align it with a clear purpose, that’s where meaningful change begins. My role is to help you find the sweet spot between what you stand for and the regenerative practices that will strengthen your credibility, sharpen your positioning, and genuinely contribute to a better future.
I’ve led successful change programmes across diverse sectors. From social care, housing and construction to health and corporate environments, often in complex settings where competing pressures and priorities are the norm. I help you identify both the risks and the opportunities, and I stay alongside you as we deliver change in a way that is practical, realistic and impactful.
My work spans strategy, operational delivery, system integration, cross sector collaboration and leadership development. I combine technical expertise including net zero strategy and Scope 1–3 analysis with a systems lens focused on long-term resilience. I don’t see sustainability as a standalone initiative. I see it as fundamental to how organisations strengthen themselves for the future.
